Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to shop with confidence. This page explains the process, conditions, and eligibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, and support for eligible purchases from StylesLuxe.
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible orders placed with StylesLuxe. We review return and refund requests fairly, professionally, and based on item condition, order circumstances, and store policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to review and approval. To be eligible, the item should:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging where applicable
- Not show signs of damage caused after delivery
- Not be altered, modified, or mishandled
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned without relevant tags or packaging where required
- Final sale, clearance, or specially marked non-returnable items
- Products damaged as a result of customer misuse or negligence
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may ask for:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short explanation of the problem
After review, we may offer an exchange, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation.
4. Return Review and Approval
Return requests are subject to review before approval. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements or that appear abusive, misleading, or fraudulent.
5. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our confirmed mistake, a wrong item, or a verified defect, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved.
7. Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange for eligible items depending on stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution such as refund approval or another suitable option.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before processing or dispatch begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the matter may instead fall under this Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of repeated misuse, suspicious behavior, fraudulent claims, excessive return activity, or abuse of our store policies.
